The privacy of your personal information is of extreme importance to me. I will never share or sell any of the personal data such as your name or email address which might had been gathered while you were using this website, or more specifically, contacting me. This also includes absolutely anything else that is related to you.

Web Server Data

Like with most of the other websites on the internet, a web server providing the pages that you request is monitoring your behavior in a number of different ways. None of them can be used to identify a specific person. The data being collected is used for either tracking or statistic purposes.

Those can be anything from your operating system version, to your browser or any other technical details such as screen resolution and more.

The collective server generated data can only be used as a fine tuning point for webmasters to tailor and optimize web pages for the majority of their users by specific criteria. An example would be a website with the majority of it's users using Mozilla Firefox being optimized to display without any issues in the same.

Web servers can track the number of pages viewed by the users, how long have they stayed, which ones are the most popular, their IP addresses, internet service providers, types of internet connections and other.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Cookies are small bits of textual data that are placed within your browser, and they can be used to track down your personal interests, website preferences, or general activity statistics. Similar to what web servers are logging automatically and more.

Web Beacons are small objects embedded in a page which are also used to collect various information and monitor user activity at a site.

This website uses a general activity tracking cookie (Google Analytics), and also serves external advertisements which may be controlled by cookies, web beacons and other technology. Some of the advertisers are using these technologies and they are capable of collecting all of the information mentioned above.

This information is then used to narrow down and serve better targeted ads either by geotargeting them or using interest based advertising. An example would be showing fashion ads to someone who prefers browsing fashion related websites or local advertisements of any type to a user in a specific location.

DoubleClick DART cookies

DART cookies are used for ad serving through Google's DoubleClick, which will place a cookie in your browser when you are viewing websites that are using DoubleClick advertising. Google AdSense advertisements included. The cookie is used to serve more suitable ads to you. This is called interest based targeting. The ads will be targeted based on your previously recorded browsing history.
